These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your association with KR Home Tutors as a private tutor. By registering as a tutor, you agree to abide by the following conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Registration and Verification
Tutors must provide accurate personal, academic, and professional details.

Submission of government-issued ID, qualification certificates, and address proof is mandatory for verification.

KR Home Tutors reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted documents and decline or terminate any profile without notice if found fraudulent or misleading.

2. Code of Conduct
Tutors must maintain professionalism, punctuality, and ethical behavior at all times.

Disrespectful, inappropriate, or abusive behavior with students or parents is strictly prohibited.

Tutors are not allowed to poach clients or take tuition assignments privately that originate from KR Home Tutors.

3. Tuition Assignments
Assignments are allotted based on subject expertise, location preference, and student needs.

KR Home Tutors does not guarantee a minimum number of assignments.

Tutors must communicate honestly about their availability, schedule, and teaching methodology.
Tutors registration is chargeable, it is Rs 499 for kg class to 8th standard teaching tutors and Rs 999 for Standard 9th Onward.
4. Commission and Payment
Tutors must pay a one-time or recurring commission (as agreed during assignment) to KR Home Tutors for each confirmed tuition.

Commission will be deducted from the first payment or collected in advance as per mutual agreement.

Non-payment of commission may result in blacklisting and legal action.

5. Trial Classes
If a trial class is required, it must be conducted sincerely and professionally.

KR Home Tutors does not guarantee that a trial class will convert to a paid assignment.

Tutors shall not charge for demo classes unless agreed by the parent in writing.

6. Confidentiality
Tutors must not share any student or client information with third parties.

KR Home Tutors’ internal processes, client database, and assignment details must be kept confidential.

7. Misconduct and Termination
KR Home Tutors reserves the right to terminate the tutor’s registration for misconduct, poor performance, complaints from clients, or breach of these Terms.

Legal action may be initiated in cases of fraud, commission evasion, or misuse of client data.

8. Liability
KR Home Tutors is a facilitator and not liable for any personal or financial disputes between tutors and clients.

Tutors are solely responsible for their conduct, teaching outcomes, and service delivery.

Tutors are expected to ensure their personal safety and maintain records of classes conducted.

9. Modification of Terms
KR Home Tutors reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued engagement after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
